To get Reports/Alerts on e-mail (Through SMTP)

- You can get various reports on your mails as per your requirement.
- You can simply schedule the reports/alerts and get them delivered straight to your email IDs.
- You have to fill/update SMTP settings.
- The SMTP settings could be fill/updated only from Root Panel.
- For SMTP settings which you can get from us (if you purchase from us) or you may have already.
- Now log into Root panel of the software(fig.1) fig.1
- Now go to settings from home panel(fig.2) fig.2
- Now go to SMTP Settings(fig.3) fig.3
- Details have been already filled by us if SMTP service is provided by us.
- Or fill details if you have already have:-
- SMTP Server
- SMTP port
- Smtp Username
- SMTP Password
- Administrator Email
- Now login again as user and schedule your reports to get through mail.
- You can get reports on mail by filling the form shown in fig.4&5.
- Report type
- Select single tracker or multiple trackers or entire fleet
- Custom period(timings)
- Report format(PDF, XLS, HTML)
- Click on schedule
- After selecting schedule enter your mail ID in given space fig.4 fig.5
- You can get alerts on mails by filling form shown in fig.6.
- Alert type
- Email Id fig.6
- Then you will get your defined reports/alerts on your mail (ID/IDs you have entered) within 24 hours after whole setup.
