History path sometimes not showing
There is a condition when the history path is not showing or not visible by user.
CAUSE:
The main cause of history path is not showing or not visible by user, as the device is not sending ignition data to the software. In that case, simply do login as admin and do some modifications in tracker’s features module.
SOLUTION:
- Step1: First login in admin panel.
- Step2: After login, click on the ‘TRACKERS’ present on side tab to open a page.(fig.1)

- Step3: Select your tracker (which is not showing the path) to get into tracker management.
- Step4: Now go down straight to ‘Features’, where you will see a lot of options.
- Step5: Now you will see the checked sign on ‘Ignition Sensor’. (fig.2) fig.2
- Step6: Then you have to uncheck ‘Ignition Sensor’ option and save the session. (fig.3) fig.3
- Step7: Now login again as user and go to live.
- Step8: Open path history again and you will be able to see the path history which was missing. (fig.4) fig.4

Note: The device is not sending ignition data to the software as of now. So we have to unchecked the Ignition sensor module from the ‘Admin Trackers’ panel for the same vehicle. When you fix the ignition wiring connection then select the module again.
