There might be a case when Ignition wire of tracker is not connected properly or either loosely connected. Thus in that case uncheck the Ignition Wire option in the Tracker Management. Then only tracker history can be fetched.
Also please fix the ignition wire issue as soon as possible to get the ignition on/off alerts and then recheck the ignition wire in Tracker Management for proper functioning of all features those are related to the ignition status.
